Foto Magica was founded in 2017 by tour guide and landscape photographer Mattias Sjölund with a clear vision: to create inspiring and educational photography tours for landscape photographers.

Since our inception, we have specialized in landscape photography tours and workshops that focus on experiencing nature, creative photography, and personal growth as a photographer.

Our goal is to offer a more personalized photography tour. That’s why we always travel in small groups, which means you receive more individual guidance, higher quality, and a better overall experience. Exceptional service, carefully planned destinations, and inspiring settings aren’t just our motto—they’re an integral part of every photography tour we organize.

For your peace of mind, Foto Magica is authorized to sell package tours and has established a statutory travel guarantee with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency.

We organize photography tours and nature photography workshops to some of the world’s most spectacular landscapes. Our trips take us throughout Scandinavia and Europe, as well as to more distant destinations in the Americas and Asia. Each trip is carefully planned to give you the best opportunities to photograph dramatic landscapes, unique natural environments, and magical light.

We also want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable trip, which is why comfortable accommodations with a private room are always included.
